Different Mindfulness Programmes:
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is based on the essential components of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s programme for participants who experience varying degrees of stress and physical related conditions (short or long term) whilst having a more general application.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy was developed from Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR programme by Teasdale/Williams and Segal with specific applications re depression i.e. people who suffer repeated bouts of depression.

Mindfulness Based Living Course is more about living with mindfulness in everyday life and is suitable for practicing over a longer period.
